Browns Point Lighthouse Park lies on the tip of historic Browns Point and features waterfront access and an attractive picnic site. The waterfront entices beachcombers year round and sun bathers, boaters, and picnickers during the summer. Once an active United State Coast Guard station with a full-time crew, the station closed in 1964 and it was converted to a public park.
